I am officially “employed” again. I have a part-time contract librarian position that started last week. I am also meeting with the owner of a local pet sitting company tomorrow to talk about doing contract work for her.
I am approved by CareerSource for computer training and that begins next week. I’ll be starting out learning networking and then hopefully webpage development/design. I have a phone interview next week with Sears for a customer service type position, so I’m hoping to land a full-time job again so I can have health insurance again and not be paying $530 a month for COBRA.
Fingers crossed that I’ll find a full-time job soon!
